Logistics Readiness Workshop (LRW)
Logistics Readiness Workshop (LRW) is geared toward our full-time support (FTS) personnel and Unit Supply Sergeants, and focuses on mastering day-to-day property accountability, automated logistical systems and the rigorous execution of the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP).
Logistics Readiness Officer Training (LROT)
Logistics Readiness Officer Training (LROT) is tailored specifically for traditional (M-Day) Logistics Officers across all echelons and bridges the gap between tactical execution and strategic oversight, preparing leaders to command assets and synchronize complex logistical networks
Regional Logistics Training (RLT)
Regional Logistics Training is a decentralized, localized initiative designed to meet the unique operational needs of individual armories. Guided by direct feedback routed to the J4 Compliance Branch, these events resolve local challenges and provide crucial onboarding for new Supply Sergeants.
Mobility Workshops
The premier technical forum for Unit Movement Officers (UMOs) and Container Control Officers (CCOs), emphasizing load planning (air/rail), TC-AIMS II, container management and readiness for Command Deployment Discipline Program (CDDP) inspections.
About J4 Logistics
The Indiana National Guard Directorate of Logistics (J4) provides policy guidance, resource management, supply and services support, property accountability oversight, mobilization assistance and maintenance support to INNG units in accordance with priorities of the Adjutant General to enable mission accomplishment when our soldiers and airmen are called upon by the state of Indiana or the Nation. We work with units to increase readiness while maintaining and seeking out additional resources to improve the state’s logistics posture.
