Regional Logistics Training

Indiana National Guard Regional Logistics Training is a decentralized, highly tailored training program designed to address the unique logistical requirements and challenges of personnel at specific armories and regional hubs across the state. Unlike centralized conferences, this localized approach allows attendees ranging from seasoned logistics personnel to newly assigned Unit Supply Sergeants to receive targeted, hands-on instruction that directly impacts their day-to-day operations. RLT reduces compliance discrepancies and builds a resilient, highly capable supply network across all Indiana National Guard facilities.

Course Benefits

• By combining general compliance standards with location-specific problem solving, RLT ensures that local logistics shops remain synchronized with J4 standards.
• Units and leadership can actively shape the curriculum by routing specific training needs and systemic pain points up through their chain of command to the Joint Staff Directorate of Logistics (J4) Compliance Branch, which then customizes the training modules to resolve those localized issues.
• Training provides dedicated onboarding and mentorship for new supply sergeants (MOS 92Y) to help them transition smoothly into their demanding roles.
• Targeted sessions break down fundamental logistics responsibilities, including key administrative processes, inventory management and execution of Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP)
