CW5 Wendy L. Robinson was appointed as the sixth Command Chief Warrant Officer (CCWO) of the Indiana National Guard by Major General R. Dale Lyles in June, 2024.
As the CCWO, she serves as the Senior Warrant Officer Advisor to The Adjutant General of the Indiana National Guard on all matters pertaining to policies, programs and actions impacting the warrant officer cohort, including professional development, promotions, assignments, incentives, morale, discipline, performance, strength and recruiting programs. Prior to her appointment, CW5 Robinson served as the Warrant Officer Candidate Accessions Program (WOCAP) Commander.
She has held multiple command and staff positions throughout her 33 years of service to include serving as the Supply System Technician at Headquarters, Headquarters Company, 113th Brigade Support Battalion and 138th Quartermaster Company; Senior Supply System Technician for 38th Infantry Division Support Command and Headquarters Indiana National Guard J4; Senior Property Accounting Technician for Headquarters Indiana National Guard J4 and 38th Infantry Division, G4. Additionally, since 2006 she has helped train over a thousand Warrant Officer Candidates in leadership skills at the 138th Regional Training Institute’s Warrant Officer Candidate School as Training, Advising, and Coaching (TAC) Officer, Commander and Instructor.
CW5 Robinson's civilian education accomplishments include a Bachelor of General Studies from Indiana University in 2012 and a Masters of Science in Supply Chain Management from Florida Institute of Technology in 2014.
CW5 Robinson’s military schools include Demonstrated Master Logistician, Total Army Instructor Training Course and Conventional Physical Security Course. She has completed all levels of Warrant Officer Professional Development as both a Supply Systems Technician and Property Accounting Technician.
CW5 Robinson has deployed as a Supply System Technician, 38th Division Support Command (Task Force Indy) to Iraq and as the Senior Property Accounting Technician, 38th Infantry Division to Kuwait.
