Indiana National Guard Logistics Readiness Workshop (LRW) is a targeted professional development and training initiative designed specifically for logistics full-time support (FTS) personnel, Unit Supply Sergeants (MOS 92Y) and property accountability specialists. LRW brings together logistics personnel from various armories and commands to focus on sharpening technical skills, regulatory knowledge and operational habits required to maintain high unit readiness across the state.
Course Benefits
LRW provides a vital collaborative environment where supply professionals can share best practices, tackle common supply chain bottlenecks and receive direct mentorship. The course bridges the gap between daily armory supply operations and federal/state deployment requirements. It ensures that Indiana's unit-level logisticians are fully prepared to manage military property efficiently, reduce waste and rapidly equip soldiers to "sustain the fight" during both domestic state emergencies and overseas federal missions.
Key Training Priorities
- Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP)
- Refining property book accounting procedures
- Maximizing efficiency of automated logistical systems
- Mastering equipment and supply distribution protocols
