Information Essay
The Adjutant General published his INNG People Strategy in 2020. What does the phrase " People First " mean to you? Give an example of how you have successfully implemented it in a past leadership assignment. How will you support and implement the INNG People Strategy if you are hired as an AGR battalion Full-Time Unit Staff (FTUS) officer?
