The S.R. 32 New Alignment is an Indiana Department of Transportation project in Lebanon, Indiana within Boone County. The proposed improvements for the state road begin at County Road 500 West (CR 500 W) and extend southeast just over four miles to west of the intersection at Garrofolo Boulevard. The roadway currently has two 12-foot travel lanes, one eastbound and one for westbound, with 3-foot-wide shoulders.

The proposed project would realign and widen S.R. 32 between CR 500 W and County Road 250 West (CR 250 W), as well as widen existing S.R. 32 from CR 250 W to just east of Westgate Boulevard. East of CR 250 W, the proposed project would widen S.R. 32 to four travel lanes to tie into the existing four travel lanes towards I-65. In addition, pedestrian facilities are anticipated to be constructed.

The new roadway aims to provide improved future service due to the growth from the planned LEAP Lebanon Innovation District and provide a new corridor for residential and commercial development. The planned 9,000 acre LEAP Innovation and Research District is expected become a large traffic generator north and south of S.R. 32 in this area.
