The current methods to put on pipe bands are very difficult. Bands create smaller openings on the opposing end which makes it difficult to install sections to the other end. The Pipe Band Opener is used for spreading and holding open metal culvert pipe bands. The tool will decrease pinching injuries, can be used on multiple pipe sizes and make the process of banding culvert pipe more efficient.
