- Using an electric impact driver, the Cable Rail Spreader effectively pulls the second and fourth cables toward the operator, while pushing the third cable away from the operator allowing the post to be dropped into place easily.
- The previous tool used to perform this operation was a T-bar, which was likely to come loose and pinch fingers between the cable and the tool.
