Address all outstanding comments from Early Coordination Meetings.

Finalize constrained project lists and send them to individual MPOs for inclusion in TIP documents.

Prepare the STIP narrative (public involvement, AQC, EJ). Follow INDOT’s public involvement processes; schedule meetings with FHWA/FTA. MPOs continue TIP development. Submit project listings to FHWA/FTA.

Schedule district public meetings.

Post draft project listing on INDOT’s website. Open the 45‑day Public Comment Period.

Hold district public meetings (in‑person or virtual).
