The Public Hearing was held on March 21, 2025. All comments were requested to be made by March 21, 2025. The Rule was sent to the Attorney General’s Office on March 28, 2025. The Attorney General’s office approved the Final Rule on May 12, 2025. The Governor’s office approved the Final Rule on May 13, 2025. The Final Rule will be published on June 11, 2025, and become effective On July 11, 2025. 2)Please update the language in the Timeline column for both LSA Doc. 25-65 as follows: The Public Hearing was held on March 21, 2025.
