Rally Bar with Tablet
Submitted by: Joel Bump (Central Office)
INDOT is improving meeting spaces by installing Logitech Rally Bars in conference rooms. These all‑in‑one devices simplify audio and video setup for Microsoft Teams, making meetings clearer and easier to run. The bars mount near the room monitor and provide better sound quality and usability compared to older equipment.
Each system also includes an optional touch‑screen tablet that lets users start and manage meetings without connecting a personal laptop. This reduces common technical issues and speeds up meeting setup.
