NBI Field #003 County Code is displaying the correct descriptions for the allowable values. 6/23/2023 When a new Inspection is Scheduled, the Element and Condition Ratings and the Executive Summary are copied from the previous Inspection with the the same Inspection Type. 6/23/2023 The Load Rating data is now represented as a "Sign Image" within 7 Inspection Reports. 6/23/2023 The Executive Summary data from the latest Inspection assed to an Asset is now copied over to the field "Executive Summary" on the Asset page in the Web application. 6/23/2023 Users will now be able to save photos from their devices after uploading the photos. 6/23/2023 iTAMS seems to be missing report for example 64-26-04616B. INDOT Bridge Inspectors were unable to schedule for Damage/Deterioration Inspection. The scheduler is now working correctly for the following inspection types: Damage/Deterioration, Culvert, Initial, and Service. 7/31/2023 Mobile App: Users will now be able to see the open and closed status by selecting the mobile app filter to open and completed statuses. 7/31/2023 Photos are no longer stretched to fit photo holder. 7/25/2023 Element Unit Value now populates when you add an element to an asset. This is also displayed correctly in Asset and Inspection page views. 7/24/2023 Assets built in iTAMS are now displaying in SPMS. Data is refreshed nightly. 7/24/2023 The Routine Inspection Report is now updating correctly and pulling in correct data. 7/20/2023 NBI Field #71 (waterway Adequacy) incorrect field type in inspection chapter is now corrected with the allowable dropdown. 7/7/2023 NBI Field #113A (Scour Critical Bridges Comments) no longer is displayed in the Inspection Chapter Condition Ratings-Routine. It is displayed in the Inspection Chapter Scour Scour Appraisal-Routine-Initial. 7/7/2023 A new User Group, Team Leader - Bridge History, was created to distinguish what Users have the permission to view History records. Only users assiged to this User Group have the ability to View History records. Edits made to Photos are now being saved. 8/24/2023 The full text values can now been seen on fields with Historical data. 8/24/2023 There is a more visible distinction between the display of the Asset Number and Asset Name at the top of the Page View. 8/24/2023 When an Inspection is set to the Status "Approved," the data values from the Inspection are copied over the the Asset Fields.

BA5-4987 : Fixed filtering issues. Users now have the ability to filter on multiple attributes. List match is now working as well. 09/27/2023 BA5-4783 : Server size increased to reduce export record download time to excel. A user must enter the value on the first row before adding another row. 09/27/2023 Critical Findings - a manager can now route a closed critical finding to a team leader. This means that the team leaders' names are now available in the dropdown in "To Users." 09/27/2023 Jobs tab is now available. Users can now add the weather and temperature during the inspection, as well as adding other inspectors who were present during the inspection. 09/27/2023 The Maintenance Reports created within an Inspection are now embedded with the Inspection Report. 09/27/2023 Users should now be able to edit "Inspection Summary," without any issues. Note: Users still cannot edit inspection summary in "approved" status. Users should follow the inspection workflow. Users must not copy from word document to paste to "inspection summary," this causes some coding issues. There were 1600 inspection summary reports that were affected previously. Scheduler options: “Both” and “Inspections” were both taken down for now. The only available is “Masters.” You can still see the scheduled inspections by going to the “Inspection View,” and filter the “Scheduled,” Status.
