Timeline
The public hearing will be held on June 5, 2026. All comments are requested to be made by June 5, 2026. If no comments are received, the Rule shall be sent to the Attorney General’s Office no later than June 12, 2026. The Attorney General’s Office has 45 days to approve the rule. It will then be forwarded to the Governor’s office for approval and after 15 days, sent to the Publisher. The rule will become final 30 days after publication. This timeline may change during the process, and the timeline will be updated when changes occur.

Comments on the proposed rule are accepted via mail or email. Comments on the proposed rule must be received by June 5, 2026, to be considered.
