Timeline
The anticipated timetable for the proposed rule: The Public Hearing will be held on April 25, 2025. All comments are requested to be made by April 25, 2025. The Rule shall be sent to the Attorney General’s Office no later than April 30, 2025. The Attorney General’s office has 45 days in which to approve the Final Rule. It will then be forwarded to the Governor’s office for approval and after 15 days will be sent to the Publisher. The rule will becme final 30 days after publication. The proposed timeline may change during the process, and the timeline will be updated when changes occur.

Comments on the proposed rule are accepted via mail or email.
Comments on the proposed rule must be received by April 25, 2025, to be considered.
