Question regarding the RFPQ

Question - Will the Engineer be retained by the Owner for the final design reviews and construction documents? If so, who will be the Engineer of Record? Absent such, it will be assumed that we are to retain a separate engineer for the final design.

Response - The owner will retain an engineer for final design review and construction documents.
