The Board of Commissioners of the County of Floyd will meet on the first and third Tuesdays at 6:00 PM local time. If a holiday falls on Tuesday, the meeting will be held on Monday before.

Edwardsville School Project - Public Infrastructure

In accordance with IC 5-23-5 and IC 5-3-1, the Floyd County Board of Commissioners, Indiana (the “Commission”) invites any and all qualified parties to submit Proposals and Statements of Qualifications to renovate the former Edwardsville School Building into a multi-tenant community center in a public-private partnership, the scope of which will be determined in a scoping period with the selected proposer (the “Project”).  At a certain point in time, the Commission would assume ownership of the public infrastructure.

Question - Does the owner have a designer for the project?

Response - LMH+MAR Architects have been contracted to work with the owner; and will assist in the scope, design and inspection services.
