- Requests to Subdivide Property
- Requests for Planned Development Districts
The Commission also updates, as required, the:
- Unified Zoning Ordinance, Updated 11/2025
- Subdivision Control Ordinance
- Comprehensive Plan
- Official Zoning Maps of the County
