Home Detention is an alternative sentencing program for eligible offenders administered by the Community Corrections department. Under this program, offenders are required to remain within the confines of their homes unless authorized by Community Corrections.
Home detention is considered a less restrictive program than Work Release.
The Community Corrections Department meets weekly with offenders and schedules their court-authorized events (such as counseling services, self-help meetings, etc.). All appointments must be verified with documentation.
