Effective January 1, 2021, Recorders Fee Schedule
Mortgages: (including Subordinate Mortgages) and re-recorded mortgages: $55.00
Deeds and all Other Documents, including UCCs & re-recorded documents: $25.00
Copies: $1.00 per page up to 11 x 17
Oversize Copies: $5.00 per page
Certified Copy: $5.00 for certification plus $1.00 per page in the document
Mechanics Lien with 1 First-Class Mailing: $25.00
One mailing is included in the $25.00 fee, all additional mailings are $2.00 each
Oversize Pages: One oversize page is included in the specified document fee, but additional oversize pages are $5.00 each.
(Note: Documents must be no larger than 8 ½” x 14” [outside of surveys], 10 point type, on white paper of at least 20 lb weight, no permanently bound or continuous forms, 2” margins at the top and bottom of the first and last page with ½” margins elsewhere. Documents can be returned for non-conforming errors that affect the legibility or recording of the document).
