All Debit/Credit Card transactions will be charged 2.4% per transaction (min $3.00) Echeck: $1.75 per transaction
- In person: Treasurer's Office, Monday - Friday 8 am to 4 pm
- Old National Bank: Winchester location; only collects during tax season of April - May 10th & October – November 12, 2024. Payments by check only, in person (no drop box) and require your payment coupon
- Mail: Randolph County Treasurer, 100 S Main Street Room 103, Winchester, IN 47394. Must be Postmarked by the Due Date to avoid penalties.
- Drop Box: located at the Southwest corner of Courthouse

- QR code: when scanned, will take you directly from your tax bill to your parcel, ready for payment

- Partial payments – the ability to pay various amounts towards your tax bill
- Recurring payments – the ability to schedule payments monthly, weekly or on a certain day of the month
- Automated payments – the ability to schedule a full payment on the due date
- Prepayments – the ability to pay on a parcel with a zero balance
- Overpayments – the ability to pay more than the amount that is due
