Learn MoreThe Forensic Services Division provides crime scene investigations, analytical laboratory services, digital forensic examination for the criminal justice community of Indiana and evidence management and security for the State Police. Analytical services (Digital, Documents, DNA, Drugs, Firearms, Latent Prints, and Trace) and crime scene investigations support services (Crime Scene Investigation, Crime Scene Training, Evidence Management, and Polygraph) are provided to contributors from state, county, municipal, and federal agencies without a fee to assist in the detection, apprehension, and prosecution of criminals.
* Must be a high school graduate or possess the equivalent GED.
* Must have the ability to work with computerized spreadsheets, databases and specialized software.
* The ability to work under pressure and successfully function in a stressful environment.
* Must be able to function independently and maintain confidentiality.
* Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle.
* Must be able to apply and interpret guidelines, rules, regulations and established Laboratory practices.
* Must be 18 years of age or older.
* Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
