MOA Information

• All utility vendors must complete an MOA with IHCDA every two years to participate in EAP. The current MOA’s took effect on October 1st, 2025 and will expire on September 30th, 2027.
• If you have not received an MOA or your company would like to participate please contact us at Vendors@ihcda.in.gov
