Compliance Manuals and Forms
COMPLIANCE FORMS
These forms are for use by owner and management agents for documenting tenant files and making certain requests to IHCDA. These forms were previously considered Appendix D to the RHTC Compliance Manual and Appendix B to the Federal Programs Ongoing Compliance Manual, but are now consolidated here for ease of access and to remove duplicate forms.
IHCDA will accept comments on the draft TIC Forms until 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 12/21/23. Send comments to Matt Rayburn via mrayburn@ihcda.in.gov.
