Home and Community-Based Care

The Division of Home and Community-Based Care is responsible for licensing and certification programs for home health agencies, home health aides (HHAs), personal care services agencies (PSAs), mobile out-of-state healthcare entities, hospice agencies, and end-stage renal disease facilities (ESRD).

Anyone may submit a complaint to IDOH about care provided at any licensed or certified Indiana healthcare facility or entity. IDOH investigates all complaints.
