Voluntary Protection Program (VPP)
OSHA's Voluntary Protection Programs recognize and partner with businesses and worksites that show excellence in occupational safety and health. Sites are committed to effective employee protection beyond the requirements of OSHA standards. VPP Participants develop and implement systems to effectively identify, evaluate, prevent, and control occupational hazards to prevent employee injuries and illnesses. Indiana Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (INSHARP)
As a federally recognized program, the Indiana Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (INSHARP) provides recognition, rewards and ongoing support to small Hoosier employers that operate exemplary safety and health management systems. Governor's Workplace Safety Awards (GWSA)
The Governor's Workplace Safety Awards are presented annually during the annual Indiana Safety and Health Conference and Expo. All Hoosier businesses, unions, municipalities, schools, service organizations, non-profit organizations and individuals are eligible to apply for an award in four categories: Innovation, Partnership, Rising Star and Education & Outreach.
