Circumstances: On November 6, 1997, Ricky L. Thomas, 13 at the time, was reported missing along with his two dogs. He was last seen walking along Oak Ridge Road in rural Bristow, Indiana within Perry county. After an extensive search, Ricky was not found. It is believed Ricky's disappearance could be the result of a criminal act. Ricky has two small scars on both his cheeks, a feature that could be beneficial in identifying Ricky.
