David joined ILEA in March 2025. David is a graduate of the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA), class 91-106. He has over 25 years of dedicated service with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department. Before working for IMPD, David spent eight years with the Speedway Police Department.
Throughout his career, David has held various positions, including Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, Crash Investigator, and Traffic Officer. He also has extensive investigative experience, having worked in the Financial Crime Unit, Grand Jury Unit, and Domestic Violence Unit.
David has been married since 1997 and is the proud parent of four children.
