Training Providers
As of July 1, 2021 the fees associated with Training Provider Applications will be as follows:
2 year Provider Application (New & Renewal) $500.00 To apply you must fill out a Training Provider Application and submit, by email, to ILEARecords@ilea.in.gov with all required documents.
Please do not submit payment with your application as we cannot issue a refund once payment is received.
Once the application has been approved, an invoice will be sent to you for payment.
