- FFY 2023-2026 Indiana State Plan on Aging open for public comment
Under the federal Older Americans Act of 1965, as amended, the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration Division of Aging is responsible for developing and administering a multi-year State Plan on Aging that provides goals and objectives related to assisting older residents, their families and caregivers. The Division of Aging is soliciting feedback on the proposed FFY 2023-2026 State Plan on Aging. Individuals may submit comments and offer suggestions via email to DAComments@fssa.IN.gov or by mail to the address below. All written comments must be received no later than June 10, 2022. The division will also be hosting in-person and virtual events. Dates, locations, times and registration information is listed below.

- Traumatic Brain Injury Waiver Renewal Open for Public Comment
The Indiana Family and Social Service Administration Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning and the Division of Aging intends to submit a renewal for the Traumatic Brain Injury waiver to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for consideration. FSSA proposes to renew the Traumatic Brain Injury waiver as currently implemented. There are no new waiver or service provisions being requested for this renewal request. The Traumatic Brain Injury waiver renewal will be available for review and public comment until September 30, 2022.
