Mission and Vision

DDARS works to strengthen the network of paid and natural supports that older adults and individuals with disabilities use to enhance their personal strengthens and assets and achieve their goals. We believe everyone has the right to live, love, work, learn, play and pursue their goals as active members of their communities.

Our work is guided by values of belonging, choice and empowerment, ensuring every voice is heard and every person is supported in living a life that reflects their unique goals.
