The Divsion of Aging (DA) held public hearings on July 17 and 18, 2017, to gain input from stakeholders regarding the opportunities for change in the existing HCBS system to better serve older adults and persons with disabilities of all ages who come into contact with the HCBS system. The DA also conducted an Indiana Long-Term Care Transformation Stakeholder Survey of individuals currently receiving services, aged 85 and older, as well as their caregivers to better understand their experiences with receiving home and community-based services (HCBS) in Indiana from July 24, 2017 to August 11, 2017.
