Per HEA 1179-2024 (which supersedes SEA 388-2022) and IC 21-30-7, public colleges are required to disclose to the Commission no later than September 1, 2024, any gift or contract of any value with a foreign source located in a foreign adversary that was received or entered into after December 31, 2020 and before July 1, 2024. Any gifts or contracts received after June 30, 2024 must be disclosed biannually on January 1 and July 1 of each subsequent year.
The Commission must provide access to the disclosures on a publicly available website. Please review the following information to better understand what is reported below.
