Enrollment and Transfer
Former students who want to transfer to another institution will need to have their federal student aid award adjusted to receive student aid at the new institution. The email address for ECA to escalate the process of Common Origination and Disbursement is todisbursements@ecacolleges.com.

Financial Aid
Students can apply for financial aid re-instatement at scholartrack.che.in.gov by filing an appeal. In order to file an appeal, students must create a full ScholarTrack account if they have not already done so by selecting "Don't have a ScholarTrack account? Create One."
- Once the student has created the full ScholarTrack account, they should select "My State Aid" then "My Appeals" and “Submit an Appeal,” and ScholarTrack will guide them through the procedure of submitting an appeal.
- Students will need to provide a copy of their college transcripts with the appeal.

Federal Student Loans and Pell Grants
Students who were enrolled at Brightwood College within 120 days of closure may be eligible for discharge of their federal student loan.
