Below please find the university budget requests for the 2017-19 biennium. These requests include executive summaries from the institutions, and operating budgets (operating EXAMPLE only) based on 7% of operating funds being based on performance funding in FY2018 and 8% in FY2019. These examples reallocate 3.7% of the base in FY2018 and 4.3% in FY2019.
