Agencies will Build Application in eCivis. The application development tools contain both required and optional fields and are designed to guide agency decision-making in the application creation process. Once finalized, if public, applications will be published along with the solicitation on the State Agency Grant Opportunities webpage. |

Agency eCivis users managing a program solicitation with applications will utilize the Reviewer Portal features. Once a Grantor’s application is published reviewers will be utilized within eCivis to evaluate applicant submissions & determine solicitation awards or denials. |

Agencies will make the decision to Award or Deny Applications in the eCivis Reviewer Portal and notify applicants and issue final award approvals. |

Agencies will fulfill their Subrecipient Monitoring and Closeout requirements in eCivis. Subrecipients will use eCivis to submit project and expense reports, and agencies will use eCivis’ reporting capabilities to manage their subrecipients’ activities. When the solicitation is complete, agencies will use eCivis to properly closeout the grant. |
