Important Change to Multi-Factor Authentication
As part of Indiana Office of Technology’s ongoing efforts to strengthen security and modernize authentication across State of Indiana systems the Voice Call Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be permanently retired on December 31, 2026. If you currently rely on the Phone Call/Voice method to complete MFA when logging in, you must switch to an approved method to avoid losing access to your account.
