INDOTbidders@indot.in.gov. You must indicate which contract(s) you wish to bid including call number(s) and include your firm's FEIN number. Registration requests must be received by INDOT before 9:00 A.M Eastern Time the day of the letting. All Bidders must be prequalified and have proper qualifications and bidding capacity.
