Beginning July 1, 2026, currently certified DBE and ACDBE firms that have not logged into ITAP to begin the re-evaluation process (for in state firms) or the interstate re-certification process (for out of state firms) will be suspended in accordance with 49 CFR 26. Interstate firms whose home state has not begun the re-evaluation process should withdraw from the INDOT DBE/ACDBE program prior to July 1, 2026, and can reapply when their home state re-evaluation is complete.
