Fort Event Center

Blue Heron Ballroom

Located in the Fort Event Center, the Blue Heron Ballroom is perfect for all your banquet needs. This room can accommodate up to 320 guests. The ballroom doors open to a patio above the practice green with a panoramic view of the golf course. The patio is included with full ballroom rental.

Bunker Meeting Room

Located on the lower level of the Fort Event Center, this room can accommodate up to 90 guests and has a built-in bar. It is perfect for your post golf outing, or as a more intimate meeting space.

Cardinal Room

Located in the Fort Event Center, this room can accommodate up to 100 guests. This room is an interior room with windows open to the front door and common area. It offers plenty of space for your meeting or gathering.

Gates Meeting Room

Located in the Fort Event Center, this room can accommodate up to 40 guests and is attached to the Blue Heron Ballroom. This room has access to the back patio.

Lawrence Meeting Room

Located in the Fort Event Center, this room can accommodate up to 40 guests and is adjacent to the ballroom with window views of the golf course.

Harrison Board Room

Located on the lower level of the Fort Harrison Inn, this room can accommodate up to 12 guests and is the best for your small-group needs.

Roosevelt Room

Located in the Fort Harrison Inn, this room can accommodate up to 100 guests. This room features historical wooded walls and a built-in bar.

Sycamore Room

Located on the lower level of the Fort Harrison Inn, this room can accommodate up to 40 guests. This room offers the most privacy for your group.

Theodore Room

Located in the Fort Harrison Inn, this room can accommodate up to 80 guests. This room is unique at the inn, as it can be split easily into 2 spaces for your meeting or gathering. This room also offers an attached porch.

The Barracks Lounge

Located in the Fort Harrison Inn, this room can accommodate up to 15 guests. This space is used primarily by groups who need an additional breakout space or want a change of scenery during meal times.

Gazebo

The Gazebo is located next to the Fort Harrison Inn and can be rented daily.
