Welcome to Canyon Inn at McCormick's Creek Sate Park.
Beautiful scenery and history blend together at Indiana’s oldest state park to make your visit unforgettable. Enjoy the peaceful calm of the canyon and cliffs, view the waterfall and visit the fire tower for a view you won't soon forget. The historic inn was opened in 1916. It currently has 76 guest rooms.
In the park, hiking trails feature diverse trees, spicebush, and native wildflowers. Take a trail through Wolf Cave Nature Preserve and Experience history as you cross the stone arch bridge created by the Civilian Conservation Corps. Examine the historic Statehouse Quarry near White River, which furnished limestone used for the Indianapolis Statehouse. Relax in the lobby or watch birds from the dining room porch.
