Annual Report
The Indiana Traffic Safety Annual Report is an account of the previous fiscal year’s activities and accomplishments within projects to meet targets set forth in the HSP. The performance plan explains the evaluation process and whether the targets were reached. Each program report section describes project details, and evaluation where applicable for each program area.

Highway Safety Plan
The Highway Safety Plan is an annual plan prepared by the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute Traffic Safety Division. It is ICJI's application for federal funds from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and includes a description of our HSP planning processes, the performance report and plan, specific program proposals and our high visibility enforcement strategies, to name a few.
