Sober Ride Indiana

In an ongoing effort to combat impaired driving, ICJI created the Sober Ride Indiana program to give would-be impaired drivers a safe way home around high-risk holidays and events. By partnering with Uber and Lyft, $10 ride credits are available in select cities during certain promotional periods. Ultimately, the goal is to prevent crashes and save lives.

Upcoming Campaign

There is no campaign currently underway. The next one is scheduled to take place around the holidays when Sober Ride Indiana will be offering $10 off Uber and Lyft rides in Ft. Wayne and Indianapolis up to 1,000 redemptions (per city). Ride credits are only available between the hours of 5 p.m. and 3 a.m. while supplies last.

Keep in mind

Before booking a sober ride, users are encouraged to review and follow any COVID-specific requirements designated by Uber and Lyft. Tips are not included, and users are financially responsible for anything over $10. Possession of the code does not necessarily guarantee availability of the credit.

Sober Ride Indiana was created by ICJI in partnership with Alliance Highway Safety and is funded by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
