Who We Are

The Accounting Division provides internal support for the Lt. Governor's Family of Business and is responsible for managing accounts payables/receivables, System for Award Management (SAM) registration and account maintenance, processing of grant funding draw requests and purchase orders, verification of bidder status with the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) and supplier status with the Comptroller's Office. While the Division primarily serves the Lt. Governor's Family of Business and other internal partners, the Division has made resources available for prospective grant applicants, contractors, and bidders to aid them in establishing a contractual relationship with the State of Indiana and the Lt. Governor's Family of Business.
