Once a community has applied to the State Revolving Fund Loan Program for wastewater or drinking water SRF assistance, an SRF Program administrator will contact an applicant to arrange a project pre-planning meeting. The purpose of these pre-planning meetings is to introduce a community to the SRF Program process, as well as to familiarize the SRF Program staff with a community's needs. SRF Program staff will give an overview of the SRF process as well a discuss things like environmental and technical review requirements, financial information and a community's next steps.
The following documents are usually referenced at a project pre-planning meeting:
- The SRF Process (Flowchart)
- WWSRF PER Guidance
- DWSRF PER Guidance
- Environmental Discussion Guidance
- Environmental Graphics Guidance and Checklist
- Current SRF Program Interest Rates
Please visit the Applications, Guidance and Documents page of the SRF Web site for many helpful links to SRF Program applications, guidance documents and forms used by the SRF Loan Program.
If you should have any questions about a pre-planning meeting, contact the appropriate SRF Program staff.
