On June 10, the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 (WRRDA) was signed into law. Among its provisions are amendments to Titles I, II, V, and VI of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act (FWPCA), also known as the Clean Water Act (CWA). The amendments were effective on October 1, 2014.
