What is INTAP?

INTAP is an annual program that helps small Indiana businesses complete growth and improvement projects by providing up to $15,000 in services from a qualified professional and technical vendor. Projects typically fall into these categories: 1) Research & Development, 2) Business Operations Improvement, or 3) Technology Development & Implementation.

Small businesses interested in this program are encouraged to contact the Southwest Indiana SBDC. Our advisors can meet with you to help you find a qualified vendor and refine your application at no cost. We can be reached at 812-425-7232 or southwest@isbdc.org.

Eligibility Requirements

* Must be or become an Indiana SBDC client by March 31

*Must meet with a business advisor (recommended) or attend a live INTAP Info Session BEFORE this date (Info Session dates to be announced soon)
* Must have headquarters in Indiana
* Must propose an eligible project type
* Must be a for-profit business
* Must use an Indiana-based vendor (applications must include a vendor proposal and budget for the project)
* Must have not received INTAP twice before
* Strongly suggested to provide at least 50% matching funds
