Relay for Life celebrates survivors, remembers those lost to cancer, and gives participants a chance to “fight back.” Relay is an event filled with hope, joy, sadness and memories. Participants celebrate and are offered opportunities to learn aspects of cancer prevention and early detection. The theme of this year’s Relay for Life is “Cancer Never Takes a Holiday.” Teams will decorate their campsites with a holiday theme, knowing that cancer patients have to face their diagnosis every day. Relay for Life is Hoosiers coming together to grow HOPE.
