The Recorder will publish a four-part editorial series covering varying aspects of the state’s bicentennial. The special sections, published in January, April, July and September, will highlight Indiana’s rich history, culture, signature bicentennial events, and more. The Recorder will engage members of the community to tell the story of Indiana’s bicentennial from an African-American perspective.
