The festival will be held August 11-14 in Downtown Butler, Indiana. A concert and dinners at various locations will be offered each evening, and the 3rd Annual Light Parade will take place Friday evening at dusk. Speakers will reinforce the bicentennial theme. A display of bicentennial items, artifacts from the Civil War, memorabilia from local railroad and building history, free children’s activities, a car show, and entertainment followed by the county’s largest fireworks display will be offered. The festival will conclude with a community church service on Sunday.
