The Raclin School of the Arts will partner with Dickinson Intermediate Arts Academy and St. Joseph County Parks to write, produce and present an original musical theater work based on the life of Indiana playwright Charles Gordone (1925-1995). Gordone is the first African American playwright to win the Pulitzer Prize for drama. The script will be researched and written by middle school students; music composed by IUSB faculty, and the production presented in St. Patrick’s Park Amphitheatre.
